Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Orders processed by 12PM GMT are shipped same day. Orders processed after 12PM GMT are shipped the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
zizirollingpapers.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
zizirollingpapers.com is not liable for any products lost during shipping and transit. If your order was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Rolling Papers
Rolling paper products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if there are manufacturing defects or damages caused by the delivery service. We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used.
